Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless modulohubnexis, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under EU law.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time by providing written notice as specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that may harm our business or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law clauses.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
